Instructions
- Line a 13×9 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second bursts until smooth. Pour into the tray and spread evenly.
- Allow the layer to harden completely (refrigerate for faster results).
- Melt white chocolate using the same method; pour over the hardened semi-sweet layer.
- Let the white chocolate set before melting red, white, and blue candy melts separately.
- Drizzle melted candy melts over the hardened white layer and swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- While melts are still soft, sprinkle star sprinkles and M&Ms on top.
- Allow to harden completely before breaking into pieces.
