Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pans.
- Mix self-raising flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in one bowl.
- In another bowl, cream together granulated sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture while alternating with milk until just combined.
- Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat salted butter and powdered sugar until smooth, adding milk if needed for consistency. Mix in electric green food coloring.
- Cut cooled cake into small pieces and layer in jars with green buttercream frosting. Decorate with fondant witch legs and sprinkles.
