Ingredients
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 4–5 kiwi fruits
- 1 tsp honey (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Watermelon Puree: Scoop out watermelon flesh, blend until smooth to yield about 2 cups.
- Fill Molds: Pour watermelon puree into popsicle molds, filling each about 3/4 full. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Make Kiwi Puree: Peel and blend kiwi until smooth; mix in honey to taste (about 1 cup).
- Layer Kiwi Puree: Pour kiwi puree over the frozen watermelon layer in molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from Molds: Submerge molds in hot water for a few seconds to release popsicles.
