Instructions
- Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl, then combine with melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan and chill.
- Prepare the filling by beating softened cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in vegan marshmallow fluff and vanilla until smooth, then gently fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble by spreading the filling over the chilled crust and smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with fresh berries, mini marshmallows, or chocolate drizzle before serving.
