Instructions
- Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot, then place a heatproof bowl over it.
- In the bowl, combine unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows. Whisk continuously until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
- Carefully remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well mixed.
- In a large mixing bowl, coat Rice Bubbles with the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Shape the mixture into oval brain-like forms, creating veins with a toothpick dipped in food coloring.
