- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 boxes strawberry Jell-O (3 oz each)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
- Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
Instructions
- Crush the fresh strawberries in a mixing bowl using a fork.
- Pour the crushed strawberries into a greased 9×13 inch cake pan.
- Sprinkle the strawberry Jell-O evenly over the strawberries.
- Add the miniature marshmallows on top of the Jell-O.
- Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions and pour it over the marshmallow layer.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before flipping onto a serving tray.
