Instructions

- In another bowl, beat 2 large eggs and ¾ cup granulated sugar until pale. Add ½ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and melted ½ cup unsalted butter; mix until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Pour batter over the pecan layer in the pan and bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 10–15 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
