- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Fold in shredded Swiss cheese and crumbled turkey bacon until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it evenly.
- Mix ketchup and brown sugar in a small bowl; spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
