- 2 tsp. steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. fresh-ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 6 slices turkey, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with steak seasoning and black pepper. Add the egg and mix gently.
- Crisp turkey in a skillet, crumble it, and add it to the beef mixture along with diced pickles and cheese cubes.
- Form meatballs using a measuring cup, tucking some cheese inside each ball.
- Chill the formed meatballs in the fridge for 30-40 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill or grilling pan to medium-high heat and brush the meatballs lightly with olive oil before cooking.
- Grill the meatballs for about 15 minutes, turning every two minutes until thoroughly cooked.
