Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.

- In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until combined.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients; fold in shredded zucchini.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the frosting by blending butter, buttermilk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
- Once cooled, frost generously and cut into squares.
