- 3/4 cup crushed pretzel pieces + 4 whole mini pretzels
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 – 16 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 1 cup Homemade Strawberry Pie Filling
Instructions
- For the crust, mix crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Divide evenly into four jars.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla bean paste and fold in 1.5 cups of Cool Whip.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the pretzel crust in each jar.
- Top with Homemade Strawberry Pie Filling and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before serving, swirl additional Cool Whip on top and garnish with a mini pretzel.
