Instructions

- Wash and hull the strawberries, then arrange them evenly in the cooled pie shell.
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and cornstarch; bring to a boil while stirring until thickened (about two minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry Jell-O until fully dissolved.
- Pour the Jello mixture over the strawberries and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
