Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared dish and bake for 18–23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
- For frosting, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix in sour cream and vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
- Crush the vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup; sprinkle over frosted brownies before slicing.
