- 1 cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)

- 1 cup cake flour
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (cream removed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 410°F.
- In a stand mixer, cream together cold butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in red food coloring and cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Chill dough uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Roll cookie dough into balls (about 3.5 oz each) and coat in crushed Oreos.
- Place on parchment-lined baking tray about 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until set but soft in the middle.
