Instructions

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients along with the soaked dates until smooth.
- Pour into the dish and bake for about 30 minutes until set and golden.
- For the sauce, melt butter, stir in brown sugar and salt until smooth; add plant-based cream and simmer until thickened.
- Poke holes in the baked pudding and pour some caramel sauce over it to soak in.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before serving with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce.
