- 1 1/2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 lb baby yellow potatoes, quartered
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
- In a large bowl, combine steak cubes, quartered potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Divide the mixture evenly among four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top each portion with cubed butter.
- Seal the foil packets tightly to trap steam.
- Grill packets for about 10 minutes; flip and cook for another 5–7 minutes until potatoes are tender and steak reaches desired doneness.
- Carefully open packets (watch out for steam) and garnish with parsley before serving.
