  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll into 2-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone into circles and place atop each meatball; add an olive slice as the iris.
  6. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce separately.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with meatballs.
