- 3 slices white bread (or 12 rice crackers)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in cool water, bring to a boil for 20 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
- Prepare the filling: Slice the eggs in half, remove yolks, strain into a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, red food dye, salt, and pepper.
- Create bases: Cut out circles from bread or use rice crackers and toast until crisp.
- Assemble: Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture, top with an olive slice, and place on the toasted base.
