Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt on both sides.
- Carefully cut pockets into each chicken breast.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt until smooth.
- Generously fill each chicken pocket with the spinach mixture.
- Place stuffed chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
