Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until combined; cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and frothy. Mix in the butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before decorating.
- For decoration, pipe melted white chocolate into spider web designs on the cooled brownies.
