Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Rub with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 4–5 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). In the last minute, add cheese slices on top to melt.
- Mix mayonnaise, adobo sauce, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth for the chipotle mayo.
- Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
- Spread chipotle mayo on each bun side. Layer with sliced avocado, grilled chicken with melted cheese, turkey bacon strips, and pickled jalapeños.
- Serve immediately with fries or a fresh salad.
