  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the cubed beef in half of the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare broccoli florets and soak wooden skewers if using.
