Instructions
- Layer the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker; sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Pour the diced tomatoes over the chicken and add any optional ingredients like black beans or corn.
- Drizzle the queso dip on top; add chicken broth if desired for a thinner sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix well to ensure it's coated in the cheesy sauce.
- Serve warm in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
