- 1 pound cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
- 2 teaspoons plant-based Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, red apple vinegar, and sweet pickle relish. Whisk until smooth and season to taste.
- On a large platter or individual plates, create a bed of chopped romaine lettuce.
- Layer cooked shrimp on top followed by hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, cucumber rounds, and red onion rings.
- Drizzle with dressing or serve it on the side.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
