- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb asparagus (trimmed)
- 6 Tbsp butter (diced)
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp dry white apple vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425 degrees F).
- Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (14 by 12 inches) and lay them flat.
- Distribute shrimp evenly among the foil sheets and place asparagus alongside.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon vinegar over each pack, along with garlic and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each pack with diced butter.
- Seal the foil packs tightly but leave some room for steam.
- Grill the packets for about 9-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Carefully unwrap the packs, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with parsley before serving.
