- 16 ounces dark chocolate wafers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened shredded coconut, dulce de leche, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed vanilla wafers. Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.
- Dip each frozen truffle into melted chocolate and return to parchment paper to set.
- Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over the truffles for decoration and store them in an airtight container.
