Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth; combine with the butter mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in salted caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and caramel bits gently.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
