- 14 ounces sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and soak wooden skewers in water if using.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add sirloin cubes and grape tomatoes to the marinade; toss to coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread marinated steak cubes and grape tomatoes onto skewers alternately. Parboil baby potatoes until slightly tender before adding them to skewers.
- Grill kebabs for approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally until steak is cooked through and vegetables are charred.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
