Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
- Add milk, rose water, egg, and melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
- If desired, mix in a drop of pink food coloring for a pastel hue.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Flip pancakes carefully and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Stack pancakes on a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with dried rose petals.
