Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice into rounds or half-moons.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber slices and thinly sliced red onion.
- Add chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Gently toss all ingredients until well-coated.
- Chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on a platter and garnish with extra dill if desired.
