- 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
- 2 cups (376 g) Reese's pieces
Instructions
- Prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, beat unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Mix in vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and kosher salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in peanut butter chips and Reese's Pieces until evenly distributed.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them 3 inches apart; flatten slightly.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden brown; centers should be gooey.
- Cool on baking sheets for 30 minutes before serving.
