- 8 oz feta cheese (drained)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper to the processor and blend until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a covered container and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to chill.
- Serve in a bowl garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and more pepper. Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.
