- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside the icing for later.
- In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cut cinnamon rolls, seal the bag, and shake to coat evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
- Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzling the brown sugar mixture over them.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown; cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Mix remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread before serving.
