- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four pieces.
- In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter until mixed well.
- Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle the brown sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow cooling for five minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice over the top before serving.
