Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare your muffin tin with greasing or liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, both sugars, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spoon batter into the muffin tin and bake for about 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
