Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
- Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, spreading it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or overnight until firm.
- Roll the chilled mixture into small balls using buttered hands to prevent sticking.
- Coat each truffle in granulated sugar and decorate with chocolate chips as desired.
