  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Prepare cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the cheddar and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the mixture tightly in cling wrap to form a ball and secure with rubber bands to shape like a pumpkin.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Remove from wrap and decorate with bell pepper stem before serving.
