- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
- 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Prepare cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center.
- Scoop the cheese mixture onto the cheddar and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
- Wrap the mixture tightly in cling wrap to form a ball and secure with rubber bands to shape like a pumpkin.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from wrap and decorate with bell pepper stem before serving.
