Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and grease lightly.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together, then mix in granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, brown sugar, spices, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and layer with pumpkin mixture.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
