Ingredients
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and Traeger Fin & Feather Rub; brush over chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Smoke chicken for about 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Add butter on top of each breast during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
