  • Rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, sambal oelek, honey, ginger paste, lime juice, minced garlic, green onions, rice vinegar (optional), and cornstarch (optional). Reserve 3/4 of the sauce for marinating.

  3. Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened; drain and cut into smaller pieces.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken mixture for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
