  • 1 small tube white cake decorating gel
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla to the creamed mixture; blend until smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough in granulated sugar before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Cool slightly before pressing a Whopper onto each cookie for the spider body. Melt chocolate chips and use it for piping legs and eyes.
