  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool.
  3. Melt dark chocolate over simmering water; pour over cooled crust and chill for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; refrigerate.
  5. Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth; fold in powdered sugar.
