- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool.
- Melt dark chocolate over simmering water; pour over cooled crust and chill for at least 10 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; refrigerate.
- Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth; fold in powdered sugar.
- Gently mix half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture; then fold in the rest. Spoon into crust and smooth top.
- Chill until set (about 3 hours or overnight).
- Prepare meringue by boiling sugar, water, and corn syrup until dissolved; whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully combine hot syrup with egg whites; whip until cool and glossy.
- Spread meringue over pie creating peaks; use a kitchen torch to brown if desired.
- Serve chilled.
