Ingredients
- 5 green tea bags
- 2 large ripe peaches (peeled)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 cups water (divided)
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot. Remove from heat and steep green tea bags for 5 minutes.
- While the tea steeps, blend peeled and chopped peaches with 1/2 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to separate juice from pulp.
- In a pitcher, combine the brewed green tea with strained peach juice and stir in honey until dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving over ice. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
