Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water.

- Make the sauce by creating a roux with butter and flour; whisk in broth and cream until smooth.
- Combine the proteins and vegetables into the sauce; add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve garnished with parsley and green onions.
