Instructions

- Once melted, reduce heat to low and add cocoa powder, cane sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange peel rinds. Stir until well combined.
- Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed to your liking.
- Remove from heat and serve with toppings like whipped cream or extra chopped chocolate if desired.
