Ingredients
- 2 packages chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 2 cups heavy whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered icing sugar
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Layer chocolate wafer cookies in a 9" springform pan.
- Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream over the cookie layer followed by 1/3 of the cherry pie filling.
- Repeat layers two more times.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, garnished as desired.
