- 8 green olives

Instructions
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and deseed.
- Create monster eyes using green olives on toothpicks and insert them into the bell pepper tops.
- In a bowl, mix all salad ingredients (except bell peppers) with your chosen dressing.
- Fill each pepper with the salad mixture.
- Optionally add cucumber slices or mini pepper halves as fun features.
- Replace the tops and serve immediately.
