Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just combined; fold in chopped apricots.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before glazing.
