Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate crust by mixing crushed cookies with melted butter and pressing into a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Fold in whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the mint filling over the crust. Layer again with remaining filling and top with whipped topping.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
