Instructions

  2. If using fresh corn, boil or grill until tender; otherwise, drain canned or thaw frozen corn.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add cooled pasta, corn kernels, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño (if using). Toss gently to combine.
